If you want to be successful in business then you have to fully understand the needs of your customers and make a commitment to satisfy those needs. Commitment requires going out of your way to ensure that the customer gets what they want. You may have to work extra hours or give the customers more than what they paid for. You must always look at things from your customer’s point view and be willing to make sacrifices for them. You must always look for ways to help solve their problems. You must be more than just a supplier of products and / or services. You must be a consultant. You need to build a relationship with the customer.
